I have 2 essential spot light cameras ( VMC2030) one works fine & the other has come up with "offline".
I have tried the batteries ,there OK, I have tried the amber light tip but it still does not work.
ANY FURTHER TIPS

That is confusing, as you cannot remove the batteries from the Essential cameras.

Did you remove the camera from the account when you did the hardware reset?
Are you saying that you can install the camera, but it goes offline? Or that you cannot install it?

By batteries, I meant they were fully charged.
Trying to connect the camera after the bell response, it's just times out & won't connect.
