I entered my email on the EOL offer form, and received a message that I am not eligible.  

 

I have 4x Arlo pro cameras (VMC4030), and an Arlo VMB4000 base station.  These devices, and my account, were registered/activated on September 15th, 2017.

Please advise.  Thank you.

What country are you in?

 

The offers are currently only available in the US.

Apologies, should have included that.

I live in, and have been in the US for the entire duration of being an Arlo customer.

 

Side note:  I adopted Arlo for home security video recording before Netgear spun off its fledgling Arlo business   xD

And you have Pro (VMC4030) cameras?  Not Pro 2 (VMC4030P)
