Hi All,
I have downloaded the new app and verified my address but when logged into the new app the screen is blank with just my email address in the middle.
Down the bottom is say login or logout. When I log in the screen still remains blank

What phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and try rebooting the phone device? If you're still experiencing issues, could you provide a screenshot that shows this error?

Thanks for providing the screenshot. When you tap on "Log Back In," does it not log back you in or do you receive an error?

When clicking on log back in it just shows the same screen again

Have you tried reinstalling the new Arlo app and rebooting your phone device to see if that helps? Are you able to log in just fine through the web client on your computer? And does anyone else have access to the account or tried to log on when you're already logged on to the account?
