Thanks for clarifying on your screenshot. That is the siren from your Base Station.

Is that why she isn't getting her notification when something walks in front of the camera?

The siren shouldn't affect anything with getting notification unless you have the siren trigger enabled on your Base Station when motion/audio is detected. You can read more about that here: How do I create a rule that includes a siren trigger?

But if it's not the Base Station siren she wants, make sure that the Base Station is armed in order to receive notification when motion/audio is detected.
