Arlo Pro suddenly goes offline. Connected to Arlo Solar Panel. Something wrong with battery?

One of my camera's suddenly offline its connected to alro solar panel which has kept this camera fully charged for about a year.... removed camera battery reinserted camera now online battery is  at 20% now charging.  Is my battery done?  its about 2-3 years old.  Whats the battery life?   Or is my solar panel now not working. Your assistance is appreciated..

May have just been a camera brain fart that removinng and reinserting the battery cured. As long as the battery icon shows a lightning bolt and the charge is increasing the panel is working.
