Hi, is it possible to have different scheduling for different cameras? (E.G. have one camera monitoring/recording whilst the others are off)

Yes. You need to create modes for what you want them to do during certain times and then schedule those modes. Any modes where there is no rule for a camera will have that camera do nothing
