Differences between Arlo Pro base station & standard base station

I have a standard base station (for standard Arlo camera) and would like to know the difference between that and the Arlo Pro Base Station. Also, since I have BOTH the standard Arlo and Arlo Pro cameras, is the Arlo Pro Base Station available to purchase seperately...as a single item?

The difference is the pro base has the USB drive backup and siren( with newer processor and more mem).... But either cameras will work on either base unit

Does anyone know if it can be purchased by itself, and not as part of a "package" ?

I have not seen the Pro base on its own.

There is though a current deal $180 for the pro base including one pro camera.

originally it was ( pro base ) slated to be sold as a separate unit, but just has not come to fruition yet
