When I open the Arlo app all of my devices/cameras are not showing. I am logged in and my account is active. Anyone know how to get my cameras back? I tried powering off the base unit and still nothing.

Can’t say why you would have lost all devices, have you tried deleting  and installed the arlo app again on the mobile device?

 

Do you have auto update enabled on your mobile, turn it off so you can choose when you want to update apps.

I did delete and reinstall the app and nothing.

Can I ask what your app version is, look in the arlo app settings page and select about.

It is 3.7.1

The app version was recently published so could be related, Can you post a screenshot of the home (devices) page and the “my devices” list from the settings page.

I will tag the arlo moderators @ShayneS and @JamesC incase they have suggestions.

Not everyone can see the screen shots posted until a moderator approves them so it may take a few days.

Are you using the same credentials in the app as you were before you uninstalled it?

Are you seeing the same symptoms when you use a PC browser? (my.arlo.com)

Hi there,

Just upgraded my iPhone, finally got around the known trusted device issues but now Arlo Secure app doesn’t see devices.

Any ideas please?!?!

Can you check that the arlo web login shows the same using a pc browser to my.arlo.com.

 

Are you using the owner credentials or granted access credentials?

Hi there,

Thanks for responding.

I have solved the problem since writing by having my someone reboot the base station at home.. The only other point I would mention is that when I tried to login on the web browser it opened the app and took me back to the original problem?
