Base station won’t connect

Can’t get my base station connected. It’s been over a year now. I changed my wifi and had to forget the device and now when I try to add it back on it won’t connect.

What model is the base?  (there should be a label on it that starts with VMB).

Is it connected to the router via ethernet?
