Device admin account won't let me edit

When I log in and try to edit anything it says I have to ask permission from admin, however I am admin. How can I find out who is the new admin and how can I get them off of my cameras and me back to admin?

Are you sure you are not a granted access user? you should not have a problem editing or changing your rules/modes if so. Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo app?
