Delay in video for about 60-90 seconds

Hi, I bought 4 arlo pro cameras And installed them in my apartment in Colombia.

I have a huge problem trying to watch the cameras, as they have a delay of 60 to 90 seconds. I know it isn’t my internet (15 mbps), as I have another camera for my baby and the delay is only about 2 seconds..

It isn’t the distance to the base, as my apartment is small and I have one next to it, with the same problem.

Has anybody solved a similar problem?

Many folks post their download speed but usually it's the upload speed that is the issue. Test yours with speedtest.net.

I ran the test, and the upload speed was 13.4 mbps

That's good news. However, there's more to it than just your upload speed. Use a computer or an appropriate app on the phone for traceroute to arlo.netgear.com.  On a computer, open a command window and type:

traceroute arlo.netgear.com

(on Windows, use tracert instead of traceroute).

Ignore missing data noted as "*" - just watch for the numbers. Anything with triple digits (>100ms) is a problem. The more you have, the greater the delays. If you see a lot outside of your area, that could well be the issue.
