Not sure how the community will help with this because I am tired of trying to access assistance from Arlo that works to block users from finding any way to talk to a human and instead sends you on a wild goose chaise to find an answer from someone out there or frequently asked questions when a human who works at Arlo could answer the question in a fifth of the time.

If you are reading this Arlo, I am sick of this pathetic excuse for customer service.
