Constant Low Battery Notifications

Our Arlo hit very low battery recently.  When I went to charge it, I began receiving CONSTANT push notifications and emails that the battery is at 0%.  And I mean constant....about one every few seconds.  Is there a way to turn these off while I charge the camera?  My phone is just constantly going off while I try to charge the camera.

Have you tried to reboot the Base Station? a couple suggestions would be to reboot/reset the Base Station & Remove/Resync the camera.

You shouldn't get notifications about a low battery while charging the battery. Sounds like you ran it down too far. Check this out....

I was also advised to turn the camera completely off from within the app.  Am going to try doing this and, alternately, turning off the base station and will report back.

That did it.  Had to remove the camera from my system then re-sync it.  Thanks everyone!
