Wondering if I need a new rechargeable battery? So, I have no connection on this one camera. When I press sync button NOTHING happens. When I plug a USB into the camera, the amber light flashes a few times then goes away. I've charged it all night and the next day still nothing. Do I need a new battery? Looks like its not holding  a charge at all. Nor can I sync, etc. HELP!

Contact Support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here. You can swap batteries between cameras to see if the issue follows the battery.

Has this camera ever been synced in the past? What is the behavior of the camera after pressing the sync button while the camera is plugged in via USB?
