Cloud Not Recording

My cameras are not recording to the cloud. I’ve read through the support and have don’t everything on my end. The issue lies on your end. Please correct and refund my week of usage.

Have you tried testing by using the default "Armed" mode to see if you're receiving any recordings when motion/audio is detected?
