Charge battery using/in camera itself or connected to solar charger but not charging

1) I usually charge the battery using/in the camera itself - one of my cameras is unable to charge the battery.

2) Connected solar chargers to the cameras - same, the batteries are not charging up

Stuck with dummy cameras now ...

Sounds like you let the batteries totally die. Recharging a dead battery requires extra steps to get enough charge in them to allow normal charging. There's an FAQ here in the support area about reviving dead batteries.
