My staff created account and set up a new ARLO in our office. She then invited me to access via the invitation process, but she used an email address that is different from the one I already have set up with an existing Arlo account. How can I add this invitation to my existing account? The staffer is not available to talk to or re-send invitation for several days.

A new invitation using the appropriate email address will need to be sent from the primary account using the Grant Access feature.
