I am attempting to change my email address on my Arlo account for my cameras. Evidentally I created an account using the new email addres but my cameras account is on my old email address. So not sure how to achieve the desired result.

You could use Remove Device for cameras and the base, open a new account with new email and pw, then bring in the base to the new account and the cameras
