I can video my library just fine but I cannot live stream anymore. My husband is on the shared access account and can view live stream just fine. I have restarted the base, deleted the app and everything. Nothing.. How can I fix this?

Have you tried both WiFi and cell service? Any difference? What phone and OS version?
