Hi,
I am in the other part of the country and one of the cameras are indicated need to update firmware (camera and base station). Trying via app but it just goes back to the same window in a few seconds and nothing changes. It is a crucial issue as now my camera is useless 😕

Found the bug. One needs to delete all saved videos on that camera before the update can take place. Seems like that works.

Simple solution just do restart remotely and once the system will go back online the software / firmware will be updated.

Seems like after awhile it did the job. If everything is ok within an hour will accept the solution and be thankful for a quick responde 🙂
