Away from home and app notifies firmware update is required. Tried but failed. Help?

Hi All

First time very I need you.

Am away from home and App has notified me that a firmware update is required. Tried and failed repeatedly.

Is there anything i can do to rectify.

Not back at base for over 2 weeks!

Not much to be done remotely other than a RESTART.

If working at all, I would wait till you are present to do so as better some working than none at all.

Always wished that Arlo would allow you to toggle a hold on the updates till the user wants to do same, instead of a forced fw update.

Managed to get daughter to play with base. Update sorted. Cameras alive!
