When I am subscribed to an Arlo smart plan it won’t let me turn off or edit my audio detection settings so I get audio notifications all day. How can I change this?

Are you changing the audio detection in your modes and rules? That where you would disable audio detection.

It won’t let me. It says I have to have atleast one smart notification turned on. So one of the audios is required to be on

I was receiving this same error message from the iOS app and could not disable the audio alerts. I had to turn the smart audio notifications off using the web client.
