Cannot subscribe to an arlo plan

My app updated this week and suddenly my recordings arent saving in the library. I tried to subrscribe to an arlo secure plan but I keep getting a notification that I cant subscribe without cameras on my account (i have two currently hooked up). Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am thinking you are using "friend" access, and not the primary account.

 

Several others have reported this problem, so I think what you should do is just wait (checking here), and see if Arlo resolves it.  The Pro 2 has 7 day cloud storage w/o a subscription, so you should be seeing recordings w/o needing to purchase Arlo Secure.
