Developers of Arlo,

Please can you confirm that as a matter of urgency, you're looking to modify the app and deal with the bugs that have been generated as a result of the latest update?

Bugs include (but aren't limited to):

1) Cannot modify 'mode', system just hangs when tapping on the mode screen.

2) Notifications seem to take an age to come through.

3) Playback of videos has become incredibly slow.

4) Lag whilst talking through the camera is now ridiculous.

This isn't an exhaustive list. I can tell you that my system is virtually unusable since the latest update (and this is clearly evident to all your users from the ratings left in the app store).

These systems aren't cheap to buy or use and you're severely letting your customers down with poor software at the moment.
