I have two Arlo cameras bought October 2017 and one Arlo Pro bought April 2018. These have worked as expected . They are connected to my iPhone 7 with ios 13.1.1. I cannot get the new app. Have tried multiple times over many days.

Your help would be appreciated.

What do you mean?  Are you finding it in the app store?  What happens when you try to install it?

I can access the app on the iPhone. When I Open the arlo app it goes to the three camera's displays. No update appears.

You are likely finding the old app.

Search for "arlo technologies" in the app store.  Or browse to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arlo/id1459289784 in your iPhone's browser.

I did as you instructed. Again my camera displays opened when I attempted to open the app.

I entered https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arlo/id1459289784

in Safari on the iphone.

What else can you suggest?

Let's start from the beginning.  Can you look in "about" and tell us what version of the app you are running?

I guess you could try uninstalling the old app, and looking again.

When you opened it in Safari did you look for an install link? (or try clicking on the icon)?

Is the version 2.7.15(107)  august 15, 2019 the latest version?

If not, what is the latest version?

Under the settings on the iphone there is Arlo and a second one called Arlo Legacy.

Current version for iPhone is 2.9.1 https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes

You want Arlo, not Arlo legacy.  You might as well uninstall Arlo Legacy - it is supposed to stop working tomorrow.
