Hello,
I am trying to access my arlo account, but unfortunately I cannot access to it since I lost my access to the email address I registered my account with. 2FA authentication doesn't work since they all point to my previous devices where Arlo app was reset. My outlook.com email address that I used for my account is not accessible. Therefore I cannot even chat with support since I cannot receive the OTP code. I am being charged on my credit card for subscription but I cannot access my cameras. Please someone help me to access my account so at least I can use the service I am paying for. I do have my credit card number and other information where I can validate my identity. All I need to do is update my email on my account so that I can receive verification codes.
