Cannot Reconnect Arlo Pro Camera After Going Offline

Installed about 30 days ago and it was working fone. Had 1 of 4 cameras go offline. Tried resetting base and router; no luck. Then tried removing camera and then adding it as a new camera but now it won't sync. Get a constant blue linking light for about 2 minutes, then a fast amber light followed by a fast blue light and then it turns off, and camera is never added to account. Tried it over 10 times with same results. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Could camera be deffective!

Remove battery from camera. Reinsert battery into camera. Hit sync button on camera briefly. Hit sync button on base station. If you have the camera far from the base, move it closer. If you have it right next to the base, move it a bit further away but still close. During attempted sync, the camera should have a blinking blue LED and the base station should have a blinking green LED
