I Am currently locked out of my account (. The automated support suggested I register a new account because I am not receiving the password reset email, implying there might be a typo in the registered email. I cannot create a new account as my cameras are already registered and linked to the existing one. Please help me verify the exact email address linked to my cameras so I can perform a correct password reset, or manually assist with the reset for my current account."

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
