Cannot Download Videos using the Arlo App - "PHPhotosErrorDomain error -1"

I cannot download videos using the Arlo App (iOS), only using the Arlo website.  How do I correct this error?

"PHPhotosErrorDomain error -1"

Can you install iOS version 14.3 and test again. I was not able to replicate this issue as described with a iPhone 12 running iOS 14.3 & Arlo app v2.22.6
