Problems with Arlo app software release 3.1.0_8, devices not showing correctly

Ever since software release 3.1.0_8 was release 3/30/21, if I go to my devices, I only see data on the last two of seven cameras. Also, when I select my cameras, I only get the first camera and it does not display as before. Worst cu I have ever encountered trying to get help.

What phone and OS version? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client?

My phone works fine, it is on the web based product for my laptop..

Did you try clearing the browser cache?

Yes, I tried all the 'normal' checks. I happened after the software update.

The phone app update to 3.1 would not effect the web page.  Either way 3.2 is out now for Android and IOS.

It is not my phone!! I have this problem only when I log into the application on my laptop.

Yes I understand that , I never said that.  You said Software update 3.1 caused the problem that  was for the phone app. It would not effect the web page on your browser on your laptop. It is something with your browser as other said. They are different applications. Have you tried another browser on your laptop?

Never mind - I will just use my phone.
