Always fail at two verification steps and cant login in to app.

Are you able to login via the web portal? Have you tried removing and re-adding the device as trusted or using another phone/device to sign in for testing purposes?

This error is only happened on Apple devices, both Ipad and Iphone happened the same error as my attachment. Login on the web and my Samsung device with same account, it works fine.

Are the Android and iOS devices on the same WIFI network?

I use them at my home, so they are on the same network.

Still got a problem. When I login to account, an error show up “JSON Serialization”, the app got stuck at this step. I need workaround by close and reopen the app, after that I can go inside the app. Now I can use the app but the develop team should check again, I’m not sure next iOS version the app can work or not. Thanks.

I am as of moments ago.

I can login to the app now. When I login to account, an error show up “JSON Serialization”, the app got stuck at this step. I need workaround by close and reopen the app, after that I can go inside the app. Should fix this new issue.

This is with iOS 15.3.1 and Arlo version 3.5.13?

Yes. Happened on latest iOS and Arlo app.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app next.

 

FWIW, I'm not seeing this error on my iPhone 12 mini.

Do you still experience this issue with the Arlo app version 3.6?

 

If you do not see the update in the app sore, you can manually remove and reinstall the Arlo app.

I have installed the last version of Arlo app and i have already used 3 styles of iphones: X, 11 pro and 12 pro. However, it still have the same error: json serialization and can not get inside the app. Please help me with this issue. Tks.

I have the same problem with my Apple devices. Verification error code JSON serialisation. Any progress on correcting this please?

I'm not seeing this on my iPhone 12 mini or my iPads (all running 15.4.1).

 

What devices and what version of iOS are you using?

I am using an iPhone XR and my iOS version is 15.4.1.

This error happened on all my Apple devices. Here is my devices info:
- Iphone 11 Pro: iOS 15.4.1
- Ipad Pro 11 inch 2018: iPadOS 15.4.1

Also, which version of the Arlo mobile app are you using?

Can you test this with the latest iOS Arlo app v3.6.5

 

If you do not see the update, you can remove > re-install the Arlo app.
