Can't get my cameras back online?

You can contact me to tell me my batteries are low but you can’t get my cameras back online Seems strange Turn my cameras on That’s why I bought them I’m thinking of starting a class action lawsuit There’s a lot of unhappy customers. Put my cameras back online

Turn my cameras back on   Why would they come offline to begin with. Nothing has changed on my end  What’s up   Why

Did you charge the batteries since the alert notification said they were low? Also what troubleshooting steps have you done.
