Installed Survell for Arlo app from Microsoft Store but screen disappears after 10-15 secs?

Hi!

I have installed Surveil for Arlo app from Microsoft Store.

When i try to start the app the start up window disapear from the screen after 10-15 seconds.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?

I have installed WIN 10 on my computer.

I'd contact the author of the app for help. If it's not an Arlo product you're not likely to get much help here. I haven't tried that app (didn't even know it existed) so can't help.
