I am having trouble logging in from my home desk top....I entere the password and the it just keeps going back to the log in screen and sometimes asks to update flash...which I have...
I can log in with my lap top and iphone app without an issue...
I use chrome....

2 things which are unrelated to each other:
1) What antivirus software are you using? Therehave been recent problems with Kaspersky and perhaps others that cause you to need to whitelist https://arlo.netgear.com before you can log in.
2) The Flash banner has a "click here" link - click that and enable Flash once logged in.
