Incompatible Charger Error - Tried Different Cameras?

1st time charging my cameras since their last update. Get an error that states "incompatible charger". Its the charger that came with the system. Its been charging my batteries since day one. Now I have useless $700 camera system.

Tried a phone charger - same problem

Bought new arlo charger from best buy- same issue (returned charger)

Ended up removing all my cameras, doing factory reset, and setting up my entire system again.

Have you tired multiple cameras? Is the charger the one marked as from Netgear or Arlo and has both 5v and 9v outputs? Have you opened a case with support:

I attempted all 4 cameras l, even tried swapping the batteries to different cameras to see if it was a camera malfuntion.

The charger can be replaced by opening a case with support:

https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx

You can also try a charger from a recent phone that support Qualcomm Quick Charge, such as Samsung. It will have both 5v and 9v outputs.
