Can't Find Firmware for Base Station - Arlo's instructions are wrong. No option to see firmware.

Hi there, when following the documentation to find my base station's firmware (I'm confirming it to try to connect with Apple homekit) I've found that the documentation is out of date. It says to either use the app or arlo.com to find the base station and get its info but the station (which is active and working) only shows up at arlo.com and there is no option to see the firmware. I I tried Arlo support but didn't realize they want to extort money for the simplest of support. Has anyone out there dealt with this issue? I just want to be able to see/update my base station's firmware.
