Can see cameras on the home screen but can't access them

9 days ago one of my cameras tried to update the firmware.  It wasnt updating and then the whole system updated on my iPhone. Now it no longer says the firmware is updating but I cant access any of my cameras, its not recording anything, no notifications, nothing.  I can see the cameras on the home screen but i cant access them or check the status of them.  Any suggestions?

What have you tried? What do you see? Have you restarted the base? What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried both the app and a browser?
