Can new Arlo app allow two individuals to control the camera (such as turn on and off)?

The old app would allow one individual control the camera (such as turn on and off). The second app user (in the same account) cannot change any settings, only watch recorded videos. This is very inconvenient for a household were more than one person tends to the camera. For example our Ring doorbell can be controlled through its app by both me and my partner. Does the new app allow for this?

This isn't quite right.  If you are logged in (with an app or the web client),  and then log in with the same account credentials on a different device, then the first session is logged out.  So both the old and new app only allow one log on at a time.

There is a work-arount, and that is to use "grant access" to allow access to the cameras from a different account.  You can also grant administrative access (which will let the second account change most settings).
