Can i use Arlo Pro if I don't have access to the router?

Is it possible to connect the base station to the internt via secure wifi?  I don't have direct access to the router.  What are my options?

Without direct acces to the router to plug in an ethernet cable for the base you can ;

1) use a wif extender ( would need the PW/SSID of the primary router ) with an ethernet port to plug into ( you also need a 1Mbs upload min )

2) use a wifi hotspot that same way if it has a port, tho of course data charges would apply
