Can i connect an Arlo Pro camera to my existing Arlo Smart Home setup to allow me to have a powered, higher definition caerma outside?

Yes but...

 

The Pro is NOT higher definition - it's still 720p at the highest resolution.

 

Also, while it can be powered, the current cables do not have a weatherproof connection to the camera and the existing wall wart is also not weatherproof.  There's a solar panel that has been announced but not delivered yet that could be the proper answer but until we have one all we can do is guess.
