3 home owners. 3 Arlo systems. We want to put cameras on the street. If we shared cost of camera. Can we view cameras on our own bases, and see recordings?

You can’t place them on the street without your local authority permission is my understanding.
They need located within your private property boundaries.
You cannot record a camera to multiple base stations. You can record any camera to the arlo cloud although camera models post 2018 will require subscription plan.
The latest models don’t need a Base station as they can optionally connect to your local wifi instead.
If three properties have a camera, each owner can grant access to the other to share viewing depending on permissions given.

Thanks. Maybe they are the rules in the USA. Slightly different here. Local resident society says its too expensive to put cctv in our community. Bulk ownership of private Cctv is next option.

Not sure what country would not have legislation covering the use of cctv, be sure to read the arlo terms and conditions if you go that way.
