Arlo Pro Model VMS4430-10 (drop down does not show this model):
I live in WI and -25degsF below zero is possible. I read the ArloPro batteries are good to -4degsF. Can I run the camera's without the batteries and use a standrad micro usb cable and 5v power adapter to run the camera since I am not trying to charge the battery (i.e. do not need Qualcomm charger). Unfortunately Netgear does not seem to see the need to sell their power cable and adapter standalone (of which I need 3 more) unless you buy a package that contains an additional battery or charging station, neither of which I need.

Yes with the battery pulled, you can run the cam on a reg USB adapter of 5 v with enough current.
That will not stop the cam shutting down below -4 f tho..... It is a product of the cam not the battery pack ( which btw won't charge below about 32f )
