OK< so I have my Aplro Pro 2's in a great location, but there is now power outlet nearby. I am wondring if I get a Qualcomm 3.0 battery bank and then connect that up to a solar panel. SO the PowerBank becomes the "mains power supply" to the camera - unlocking the Zone feature and the solar panel enures that the battery bank is always topped up. I am not super tecky.... but would appreciate an answer as to if this can be done ( in simple speak). If it needs diodes and soldering stuff together...and cuircut boards, I would have to get some one to help who can do these things.. If this can be done, any info appreciated.

I agree - it sounds like it could work. However, make sure the powerbank can be charged at the same time as it's discharged so the solar panel will work. The powerbank also needs to not shut off with minimal power draw so the camera can remain powered.
