I have an Arlo Pro system with four cameras. I would like to set it up so that I can either arm all 4 cameras when we travel, or 3 cameras (the outdoor ones) when we are sleeping. Is it possible to set up an "armed mode night" for the three cameras??

Yup. Thre are FAQs here with full details but quickly use the Mode tab, select your base, and create a custom mode with only the cameras you want active (any camera without a rule is disarmed). Schedule the various modes as appropriate so they automatically switch.
