Hi,  first post since buying the Arlo Pro.

I guess like everyone I'm finding it a hassle to keep removing the cameras to charge the batteries, but my cameras are placed so that the supplied Netgear charging cable  COULD be connected permanently to the mains.  So, 2 questions;  is there any reason why the cameras shouldn't be permanently 'on charge'?  And secondly, would it be better to remove the batteries and leave the charging cable connected (I'm not bothered about power cuts)?

Appreciate your views.

Yes they can remain powered al the time....

It doesn't matter if the battery is removed or not as they will not overcharge

As @TomMac says, it is fine to leave them plugged in. I chip in only to add that having cameras on permanent power adds to the features that they support. Some thing, like "Activity Zones", don't work on battery only .
