Cameras went offline suddenly and i'm away from home can this be fixed remotely?

They may not actually be offline. Have you tried both the app and browser? If you can, go to Settings, My Devices, your base and try restarting it.

Restarting it may turn your cameras offline and you won't be able to start them again until you physically press the button on the camera. There should be a way to reboot/reconnect cameras remo

Since you have no access other than physically to the cameras, restarting the base is the only remote option. If the camera is offline, how would you be able to reset it via software?
