So my camera work just fine but I cannot connect my phone to the hub. I’ve been on the same WiFi, reset, unplugged etc., I get the error message that it cannot find the device (my phone).
Please help if you can!

Since your cameras are working fine the base is already connected and can't be claimed again. WHy are you trying to do that?

Thank you for your reply. I cannot get my iphone to sync therefore I do not get alerts nor can I manage my Arlo account.

Have you tried a different mobile device or a computer browser? All you need to do is log into the app/browser. 

 

You initially mentioned you "reset" - do you mean a real reset or just rebooting the base? What are the base LEDs showing? You are getting recordings, right?  Give us full details of what you've tried and what you see.
