Camera wont charge with any battery

My Camara wont turn on anymore took it down to charge and it never went back on.  I've tried a battery from a different camera, taking battery in and ont charging for 10 mins like it says in trouble shooting, and no lightening bolt shows up, tried taking battery out and just using the plug and nothing.  Any suggestions?

Are you able to try another charge adapter and cable??

the cameras will run on 5v ( so you can eliminate the camera being at fault if you have a regular usb adapter ) but not charge the battery as the original need a dual ( qualcomm ) voltage adapter ... 5v to run and 9v to charge.

You can remove the battery and it will run n 5v.
