Camera "offline" but motion activation works

I have two devices, one for the front and one for the back of the house. The back works fine, but the front camera is showing offline but records when motion is sensed. Basically I can't view live video if I wanted. Is there a quick/obvious fix? Or should I just remove the device and try setting it up from scratch?

Has this camera ever been sync'd to another base station?

It's synched to the same base station as the backyard camera.

I would power cycle the base and pop the battery out of the camera and replace it.  If that doesn't work, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.

 

It may also just be a display issue. Have you tried both the app and a browser?
