Camera not syncing after replacing battery

My camera has firmware 1.092.0.4_13099 Hardware H8 and won't show up in the devices area of my app. I believe it is not syncing with the main unit. I have done the usual attempts to sync but seem to just get a yellow blinking light. Have put the battery back in and nothing changes. Anyone experienced this and if so how do you fix it. THX

Sorry to bother everyone. I eventually put the old battery back in while plugged in and the camera synced right away.  Not sure if the new battery was charged as the book claims but I have it working....Thx
